Membership Guidelines
Membership Duration
Membership is based on a 12-month term, commencing from the date of your initial course purchase.
Bookings & Appointments
- All appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
- Massage sessions and LED appointments do not roll over from month to month, so we encourage you to use them within the allocated month.
- LED sessions may be booked up to two times per week (Monday to Saturday).
- Complimentary LED sessions can be used on the same day as your treatment and are designed to support faster healing and enhance treatment results.
Membership Expiry
Your membership will automatically conclude 12 months from the date of purchase.

- Enjoy 10% off all retail products while your membership is active.
- Discounts apply to full-priced items only and cannot be combined with any other promotion, offer, or gift card.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 12 hours’ notice.
No-shows or cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may result in the session being forfeited.
Changes to the Membership Program
From time to time, we may update membership inclusions, benefits, or pricing to enhance our services.
Members will be provided with at least 30 days’ notice before any significant changes take effect.
