The website faceofman.com.au is owned and operated by FOM Trading Pty Ltd t/a Face of Man. These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase of any goods from it and access to any services on it.
Cancellation & 'No Show' Policy
We have recently updated our cancellation policy to better assist with the constant juggling act of life. We hope it will also help with the disappointment of clients not being able to get in, encourage communication and give our team the opportunity to action our wait list, giving other clients enough notice so they can come in for treatment.

Our cancellation policy has changed from 48 hours to 24 hours. This is our ideal notice period. If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, the following will now apply:
You will be given one ‘get out of jail free’ card should you no-show or cancel/reschedule within the 12 hours of your appointment. But you will need to 50% prepay for your next appointment.
If you commit the crime again, following will apply:
If you give us less than 12 hours notice or no-show a second time, a 50% payment will be taken off this prepayment.
If you no-show/cancel with less than 12 hours notice a third time, you will forfeit 100% of your prepayment and you need to prepay for your remaining appointments for the following 6 months.
This also applies if using a Gift Card or if you are on of prepaid Course of treatments, you will lose one of your Course treatments.
Any treatment over $500 requires a 50% deposit regardless of booking history.

You acknowledge and agree that by entering, using or browsing this website you are bound by the following Terms & Conditions. All headings are for reference purposes only and in no way limit the scope of a section. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
PRICING
All prices displayed on the website of Face of Man are in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. Prices are subject to change effective immediately and without any further notice to you.
ORDERING
Once you have selected your goods and placed your order you will receive an acknowledgement of order email from Face of Man. This is not an acceptance of your order just an acknowledgement of it. Once your goods are ready for shipping and they have been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email from Face of Man and this constitutes a sale contract concluded in New South Wales.
PRIVACY
Face of Man is committed to supporting the ‘National Privacy Principles for the Fair Handling of Personal Information’ and complying with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), which has set clear standards and guidelines for the collection, access, storage and use of Personal Information which we may obtain during the course of our business with you.
RESERVATIONS
The treatments you select at the Grooming Lounge are reserved for you, and therefore a 50% deposit or gift certificate number is required to secure a reservation. We require at least 24 hours notice of a cancellation. A text message is sent prior to your appointment as a reminder. There is no refund policy for course and laser packages, however an exchange policy is in place.
First Time Client Coupons
We do not allow the $25 off coupons or the 30% off coupons (hereafter referred to as ‘First Time Visit Coupons’) to be used with any other promotions. We do not provide refunds on retail products or gift vouchers. Products can be exchanged for a replacement or credit when accompanied by a receipt and within 14 days of purchase.
First Time Visit Coupons are limited to one per customer and cannot be used as holding deposits.
First Time Visit Coupons are not redeemable with other gift vouchers or complimentary gift cards.
First Time Visit Coupons are not redeemable with Introductory Offer.
First Time Visit Coupons cannot be used on packages or courses.
First Time Visit Coupons cannot be used on ‘Brotox’ / Anti-Aging Injections For Men / Muscle Relaxant / IV Infusions treatments.
Gift Card - Conditions of use
Gift cards will not be exchanged for cash or a refund.
Gift cards can be redeemed for a variety of skincare products. Present the gift card at the time of purchase to redeem it.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for True Cut Barber Services – they can be purchased directly here.
All gift cards purchased after 1 p.m. will be mailed the following day. Please note that next-day delivery is not guaranteed.
There is a $14.95 charge for postage, and express is $19.95
We honour all gift cards after their expiration.
If you fail to attend a booked appointment, 50% of the value of your gift card will be deducted. This policy ensures that appointments are not missed without proper notice.
Appointments made under a gift card cannot be cancelled after 9.00 am on the day of the appointment.

If you are Covid-19 positive and therefore cannot make your appointment, a screenshot from NSW Health and/or Positive PCR reading is required and the above will be waived. Please note: Rapid Antigen Test results will not be accepted.
