* What are exosomes?
Exosomes are nano-sized extracellular vesicles, secreted by cells (often stem cells), which carry growth factors, proteins, lipids, microRNAs, etc., that act as messengers to coordinate repair, reduce inflammation, and promote regeneration. Because RF or microneedling / RF microneedling create micro-injuries, applying exosomes afterward (or during when there are micro-channels) helps them penetrate more effectively.
