With over 13 years of extensive beauty experience, Francisca is passionate about being a specialist in the ultra-former machine, achieving incredible results for her male clients. She is fully qualified in beauty, laser, and dermal and holds the prestigious CIDESCO International beauty therapy qualification.
Francisca's expertise has been recognised at renowned beauty events such as Harpers Bazaar Beauty Event, Her treatment approach focuses on combining traditional beauty techniques with modern skincare modalities, ensuring her clients receive cutting-edge care tailored to their specific needs. She continuously seeks to broaden her expertise to stay current on the newest technologies, providing meticulous attention to detail in every treatment.
Francisca is committed to making all clients look and feel their best throughout their skin journey. She specialises in treating various skin issues, including melasma, pigmentation, acne scarring, and tattoo removal. She prioritises creating a comfortable and relaxed environment, ensuring every client feels heard and at ease during each appointment. She loves staying fit and healthy and spending time at the beach in her spare time.
James
After gaining valuable experience in both Adult and Paediatric critical care settings, James transitioned into the field of non-surgical cosmetic nursing.
His passion for patient education drives him to thoroughly inform clients about their treatment options, ensuring they feel empowered to make informed decisions about their aesthetic goals.
With a solid foundation in anatomy, James approaches each client with a personalised and holistic treatment plan, tailoring his techniques to meet their unique needs.
He prides himself on creating natural-looking results; to him, if people can tell someone has had work done, it indicates that he has not fulfilled his mission as a practitioner.

With over 20 years in aesthetics, Catalina brings men trusted expertise in achieving healthier, younger-looking skin.
Trained in Colombia alongside doctors and plastic surgeons, and with 15 years in Sydney’s leading skin and laser clinics, she has helped thousands of men overcome their skin concerns.
Specialising in advanced technology and science-backed treatments, Catalina delivers real results tailored to men.
She also cuts through the noise with clear, practical advice on skincare products that actually work — so you can maintain your results with confidence.

I'm originally from Italy and bring over a decade of experience, along with a touch of European flair, to the beauty and wellness world. I'm passionate about all things skin, grooming, and helping clients walk out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and confident.
I offer a range of treatments, including facials, massages, waxing, and the much-loved executive Head Spa. It’s one of my favourite services to perform because of its dreamy relaxation and scalp-boosting benefits.
If you're looking to switch off and recharge, I’ve got you covered, and the range we use during this treatment is from my home country for Italy, it's called OWAY.

Her journey in beauty began at a young age, with her talent quickly recognised. Early in her career, she was already providing nail services at luxury events at the Hilton Hotel, and offering facial treatments for skincare activations and events with Sydney beauty bloggers at Taronga Zoos Wildlife Retreat.
Having worked in a prestigious salon and participated in select media and beauty events, Julie also provides expert grooming services for professional talent, including actors and models, ensuring a flawless, camera-ready appearance for every engagement. Julie brings a calm confidence and refined presence to the Face of Man team.
A specialist in eyebrow grooming for men, Julie is known for her precise, natural-looking results. A true artist when it comes to shaping brows to enhance masculine features subtly. Julie also provides expert waxing services, including gentle Brazilian waxing, along with relaxing facials that feel like an escape to a tropical island. Her reputation for having the "magic touch" makes her a top choice for executive Head spa treatments, where clients enjoy a deeply restorative experience.
In addition to skin and brows, Julie offers massage therapy and detailed nail care, delivering a complete, head-to-toe grooming experience. Known for being incredibly thorough and high attention to detail, she ensures each client receives personalised, attentive care.

Hey everyone, I'm Ash, a seasoned professional with decades of experience in the barbering industry. I had the privilege of working with Truefitt and Hill globally, setting up branches and training barbers across multiple countries.
Due to my industry experience as a master barber, I assisted in the opening of Truefitt & Hill branch in Sydney's iconic QVB.
Currently, at Face Of Man, where I continue to bring my passion for precision grooming and exceptional client care to every appointment.

Christian
At just 16, Christian is diving headfirst into the world of barbering with passion, focus, and a fresh eye for style.
Currently starting his apprenticeship with True Cut Barbers, he will be your first point of contact for True Cut experiences, welcoming you as you arrive and preparing a special treat for you on the side.
He is grateful to be under the guidance of two highly experienced, Truefitt and Hill-trained barbers while developing his skills, primarily in classic cuts in the beginning. You will also meet Christian at the Gentleman’s Reset part of the package.
Christian has always had a creative streak and a strong interest in men's grooming, and now he's turning that passion into a career.
Rose
As the Salon Coordinator, Rose thoughtfully manages each element of the client experience while keeping the wheels turning seamlessly behind the scenes.
Her calm communication style, strong organisational skills, and intuitive understanding of both client and team needs make her an integral part of the Face of Man team. Whether she’s managing complex schedules, responding to enquiries, or simply offering a warm welcome at the front desk, Rose brings a refined sense of service that ensures every visit flows effortlessly from the moment you arrive to the moment you step back into the world.

Since joining the team in 2024, I have loved being instrumental in enhancing client experiences, managing appointments efficiently, and making sure all the bookings are done smoothly.
I bring a rich administrative background, honing exceptional organizational and customer service skills. Passionate about the beauty industry, I love the dynamic nature of my role, which allows me to interact with clients daily, helping to ensure that each visit is memorable and exceeds expectations.
Outside the salon, I love spending time with my girls and friends' interests, exploring new beauty trends, and photography. This complements my professional role by bringing creativity and a fresh perspective to my work.
