Cheryl
Hello, my name is Cheryl, and I am one of the original members of the team. I have been honoured to be a part of the salon’s evolution and development. As the Salon Coordinator, my responsibilities go beyond the front desk, as I am also in charge of the daily operations to ensure that the salon is running smoothly and efficiently.
With my keen eye for detail and warm, professional demeanour, I am able to assist in managing appointments, streamlining bookings, and helping the team to ensure that every client experience is smooth and enhanced.
Since joining the team in 2024, I have been instrumental in streamlining processes, improving service levels, and maintaining the framework that keeps everything running at its best.
With my extensive background in administration, I have been able to bring highly developed organisational skills, leadership assistance, and a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
I enjoy working in the ever-changing world of the beauty industry, where I am able to utilise my skills in managing operations and interacting with clients in a meaningful way, ensuring that every visit not only meets but exceeds expectations.
In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my girls and friends, staying on top of the latest beauty trends, and engaging in photography.
Rose
As the Salon Coordinator, Rose carefully oversees every aspect of the client experience while keeping all the wheels turning smoothly in the background.
Rose’s calm and collected manner of communication, organisational prowess, and intuitive sense of what her clients and staff need make her an essential component of the Face of Man team. Whether she’s juggling tricky schedules, answering queries, or simply greeting clients warmly at the front desk, Rose brings a level of sophistication and service that ensures every visit goes smoothly from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave and return to the world.
With a detail-oriented approach, a collaborative mindset, and the knack for reading people’s needs and overcoming obstacles, Rose is a steady presence in the background who helps the team function at its best, providing the high level of care and service that Face of Man is famous for.
With a passion for the beauty and wellness industry that borders on the profound, Rose is proud to be a part of a team that helps create a space where clients can unwind, indulge, and leave feeling like their absolute best. She is also currently attending beauty school, furthering her education and passion for the industry.
When she’s not in the salon, Rose enjoys expressing herself creatively, exploring new places, spending time in nature, and with loved ones.
Tatiana
With over 14 years of industry expertise, Tatiana is a highly accomplished Dermal Therapist known for delivering transformative, results-driven skin outcomes.
Beginning her career in luxury spa environments, she developed a deep understanding of skin health before advancing into clinical practice alongside leading cosmetic doctors — refining her expertise in advanced dermal therapies and medical-grade treatments.
Tatiana specialises in creating bespoke skin journeys designed to achieve exceptional, long-term results. Combining cutting-edge technology with science-backed protocols, she delivers tailored treatment plans and customised at-home regimens that maximise and maintain results beyond the clinic.
Her commitment to ongoing education and clinical excellence ensures every client receives the highest standard of care.

With over 10 years of experience, she combines clinical precision with intuitive touch to achieve visible, refined results.
As the most 5-star reviewed therapist at Face of Man, Julie has built a loyal following through her consistency, attention to detail, and exceptional client care — so you know you’re in expert hands.
She is known for advanced male brow sculpting and is also highly regarded for her waxing, including gentle Brazilian treatments. CHAT GBT has names Julie one of top 2 waxers in Sydney. She delivers restorative Head Spa rituals and relaxing facials tailored specifically for men.
Julie’s mission is simple: to help every client look sharper, feel confident, and leave feeling like a king.
In her spare time, she reads and eats her mum's food and spends time with her newly engaged fiancé.
James
James is our PRP Hair Specialist and has been doing some amazing work, especially in hair restoration treatments. Make sure to check out our social media handles to see some of his amazing before-and-after pictures.
His journey begun After accumulating some precious experience in Adult and Paediatric Critical Care environments, James moved on to the realm of non-surgical cosmetic nursing.
His passion for patient education motivates him to educate his clients extensively about their treatment options, so they are better equipped to make informed decisions about their aesthetic needs.
With a sound knowledge of anatomy, James treats every client with a holistic approach, tailoring his expertise to suit each client’s individual needs.
He is passionate about delivering natural-looking results. According to him, if it is noticeable that the person has undergone some treatment, then he hasn’t done his job as a professional.
James’s passion for refined and subtle enhancements not only helps his clients’ confidence soar but also reflects his admiration for the art and science of non-surgical aesthetics.
In his spare time James loves keeping fit and catching up with friends and family, and enjoying fine wine and food .
Emily
With over six years of experience as a Dermal Therapist, I am deeply passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, confident skin.
My journey in the skin and aesthetics industry began with completing my Diploma in Beauty Therapy, where I developed a strong foundation in advanced skin treatments and a genuine love for helping people look and feel their best.
In 2025, I completed my Bachelor of Nursing, further expanding my knowledge of skin health from a clinical and evidence-based perspective.
I have since worked in dermatology, gaining invaluable experience in managing a wide range of skin conditions and strengthening my understanding of the science behind skin function and treatment outcomes.
By combining my background in beauty therapy with my nursing and dermatology experience, I offer a unique approach that blends results-driven treatments with a strong focus on safety, education, and long-term skin health.
I believe in creating personalised treatment plans tailored to each individual’s goals, while ensuring clients feel comfortable and supported throughout their skin journey.
Cinzia
Originally from Italy, Cinzia brings over a decade of experience — along with effortless European flair — to the world of foot repair, hand maintenance, and hair removal. She is passionate about helping clients walk out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and completely confident.
Highly skilled in both waxing and laser, Cinzia is known for her meticulous approach to hair removal. From precise body sculpting to intimate waxing and advanced laser treatments, she works thoroughly and carefully — ensuring not a single hair is left behind.
She offers a range of treatments, including massage, waxing, laser, and the much-loved Executive Head Spa. This is one of her favourite services to perform, combining deep relaxation with scalp-stimulating benefits. The treatment features OWAY, a premium professional range sourced from her home country, Italy.
Known for her calm energy and exceptional attention to detail, Cinzia makes clients feel instantly at ease from the moment they step into her room.

With over 15 years of international spa experience — including nearly a decade working aboard 5-star luxury cruise ships — Jannette brings a truly global standard of excellence to every treatment she performs.
Her career with Norwegian Cruise Line saw her delivering premium massage and Elemis experiences to high-profile international guests across some of the world’s most prestigious cruise destinations.
Known for her exceptional pressure control, anatomical understanding, and deeply intuitive touch, Jannette specialises in therapeutic and remedial techniques that restore balance to the body and nervous system. Her Diploma of Remedial Massage further enhances her ability to address muscular dysfunction, tension patterns, and postural imbalances — while still delivering a luxurious, spa-level experience.
She is also trained in the rarely performed Buccal Massage (Intraoral Facial Sculpting), which sets her apart in the aesthetic space. This advanced technique involves gloved intra-oral work to release tension in the inner cheek and jaw muscles, while the external hand sculpts and lifts the lower face — providing visible contouring and profound relief from jaw clenching and tension.

Hey everyone, I'm Ash, a seasoned professional with decades of experience in the barbering industry. I had the privilege of working with Truefitt and Hill globally, setting up branches and training barbers across multiple countries.
Due to my industry experience as a master barber, I assisted in the opening of Truefitt & Hill branch in Sydney's iconic QVB.
Currently, at Face Of Man, where I continue to bring my passion for precision grooming and exceptional client care to every appointment.

Christian
At just 16, Christian is diving headfirst into the world of barbering with passion, focus, and a fresh eye for style.
Currently starting his apprenticeship with True Cut Barbers, he will be your first point of contact for True Cut experiences, welcoming you as you arrive and preparing a special treat for you on the side.
He is grateful to be under the guidance of two highly experienced, Truefitt and Hill-trained barbers while developing his skills, primarily in classic cuts in the beginning. You will also meet Christian at the Gentleman’s Reset part of the package.
Christian has always had a creative streak and a strong interest in men's grooming, and now he's turning that passion into a career.
