Kate specialises in 100-year-old Japanese healing techniques for men's wellness needs and in the first-in-the-world class Elemis Signature Facials. Through her mastery of skincare and intuitive approach, Kate delivers a holistic experience that nurtures both mind and body.
Kate's unwavering commitment to her craft is evident in her continuous pursuit of training and development, ensuring that each client receives personalised treatment. Driven by a natural gift for removing blockages and providing healing, Kate's devotion lies in a holistic and intuitive approach to her treatments. Susan
Bringing over two decades of expertise to the beauty industry, Susan is an accomplished beauty therapist dedicated to helping her clients achieve their skin goals.
Her passion lies in creating comprehensive home care programs and administering advanced skin treatments for optimal results. She takes pride in educating her clients about the benefits of both products and available treatments, ensuring they look and feel their best.
Excitedly transitioning to a role that supports the team and enhances the overall client experience, Susan is committed to maintaining a strong focus on customer service.
Outside of work, she enjoys hosting lunches and dinners for friends and family, indulging in gardening, and spending quality time with her beloved Boxer Dog, Millie.
GRACE
Grace, our Dermal Therapist, brings her passion for beauty to Face of Man. Originally from the UK, Grace joined the team in 2022. Since then, she has undergone extensive training in dermal treatments.
Grace specialises in men's hair removal and skin health treatments. She takes pride in ensuring her male clients feel comfortable and at ease during their grooming sessions, combining professional expertise with a calm and friendly demeanor.
During her time at Face of Man, Grace has absolutely fallen in love with DNT, achieving amazing results for her clients through this treatment. She is also highly skilled with the HydraFacial.
Grace finds great satisfaction in helping clients achieve their desired results. Her incredible attention to detail makes her particularly adept at laser hair removal and DNT.
Outside of work, she loves all things wellness, fitness, and enjoying Sydney summers at the beach, as well as socialising with friends.
RANA
Rana, our Nurse and Dermal Therapist, brings a wealth of expertise to our salon, specialising in IV drips, Anti-Wrinkle, and skin brightening treatments for a youthful appearance. With over a decade of experience, Rana's passion for optimal skin health drives her skincare journey.
After earning her Bachelor of Nursing in 2020, Rana seamlessly transitioned into cosmetic nursing, specialising in personalised skincare solutions for men. With four years of experience as a Registered Nurse in cosmetic nursing, she seamlessly integrates cosmetic injectables and infusions with luxurious skin treatments to provide an exceptional experience for our clients.
In her role at Face of Man, Rana combines her dual expertise as a Senior Dermal Therapist and Registered Nurse to offer comprehensive skincare services tailored to men's unique needs.
She is dedicated to delivering outstanding results and setting her clients up on their skincare journey, empowering them to both look and feel their best.
In her spare time Rana loves spending time with her family and the beach or booking her next overseas trip.

Francisca, our dedicated Dermal Therapist specialises in guiding clients on transformative skin journeys. With over 13 years of extensive beauty experience, Francisca is passionate about nurturing her clients and delivering real skin results.
Fully qualified in beauty, laser, dermal, spa, and massage therapy, Francisca holds the prestigious CIDESCO International beauty therapy qualification. Her expertise has been recognized at renowned beauty events such as Harpers Bazaar Beauty Event, The Green Edit, and for Retreatment Botanics, where she showcased her skills as an expert facialist.
Francisca's approach focuses on combining traditional beauty techniques with modern skincare modalities, ensuring her clients receive cutting-edge care tailored to their specific needs. She continuously seeks to broaden her expertise to stay current on the newest technologies, providing meticulous attention to detail in every treatment.
Specialising in treating various skin issues including melasma, pigmentation, acne scarring, and tattoo removal, Francisca is committed to making all clients look and feel their best throughout their skin journey. With her talented and healing hands, Tema is a passionate masseuse and beauty therapist dedicated to enhancing your relaxation experience.

Meet Ruth, our dedicated front salon coordinator at Face of Man. Originally from the lush landscapes of Ireland, Ruth brings over 10 years of experience in beauty therapy to our salon.
Now, at the forefront of our salon, she combines her expertise with exceptional customer service, ensuring each client feels welcomed and valued from the moment they step through our doors.

Due to my industry experience as a master barber, I assisted in the opening of Truefitt & Hill branch in Sydney's iconic QVB.
Currently, at Face Of Man, where I continue to bring my passion for precision grooming and exceptional client care to every appointment.
