Hello, my name is Cheryl, and I am one of the original members of the team. I have been honoured to be a part of the salon’s evolution and development. As the Salon Coordinator, my responsibilities go beyond the front desk, as I am also in charge of the daily operations to ensure that the salon is running smoothly and efficiently.
With my keen eye for detail and warm, professional demeanour, I am able to assist in managing appointments, streamlining bookings, and helping the team to ensure that every client experience is smooth and enhanced.
Since joining the team in 2024, I have been instrumental in streamlining processes, improving service levels, and maintaining the framework that keeps everything running at its best.
With my extensive background in administration, I have been able to bring highly developed organisational skills, leadership assistance, and a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
I enjoy working in the ever-changing world of the beauty industry, where I am able to utilise my skills in managing operations and interacting with clients in a meaningful way, ensuring that every visit not only meets but exceeds expectations.
In my personal life, I enjoy spending time with my girls and friends, staying on top of the latest beauty trends, and engaging in photography.
Emily
With over six years of experience as a Dermal Therapist, I am deeply passionate about helping clients achieve healthy, confident skin.
My journey in the skin and aesthetics industry began with completing my Diploma in Beauty Therapy, where I developed a strong foundation in advanced skin treatments and a genuine love for helping people look and feel their best.
In 2025, I completed my Bachelor of Nursing, further expanding my knowledge of skin health from a clinical and evidence-based perspective.
I have since worked in dermatology, gaining invaluable experience in managing a wide range of skin conditions and strengthening my understanding of the science behind skin function and treatment outcomes.
By combining my background in beauty therapy with my nursing and dermatology experience, I offer a unique approach that blends results-driven treatments with a strong focus on safety, education, and long-term skin health.
I believe in creating personalised treatment plans tailored to each individual’s goals, while ensuring clients feel comfortable and supported throughout their skin journey.

Originally from Italy, Cinzia brings over a decade of experience — along with effortless European flair — to the world of foot repair, hand maintenance, and hair removal. She is passionate about helping clients walk out feeling relaxed, refreshed, and completely confident.
Highly skilled in both waxing and laser, Cinzia is known for her meticulous approach to hair removal. From precise body sculpting to intimate waxing and advanced laser treatments, she works thoroughly and carefully — ensuring not a single hair is left behind.
She offers a range of treatments, including massage, waxing, laser, and the much-loved Executive Head Spa. This is one of her favourite services to perform, combining deep relaxation with scalp-stimulating benefits. Jannette Dela Cruz is an accomplished beauty and wellness professional with over two decades of international experience within some of the world’s most prestigious five-star resorts and luxury cruise lines.
Her journey began in the Philippines, where she developed a strong foundation in spa therapy, alongside a deep sense of discipline and exceptional service standards. She further refined her expertise through advanced Spa Management studies in Singapore, before completing her professional qualifications in Sydney, Australia.
Since establishing her career in Sydney in 2018, Jannette has delivered elevated treatment experiences within luxury hotel spas and high-end clinics. Her extensive qualifications include:

Zamara is a highly experienced Beauty Therapist with more than six years in Australia’s premium wellness and grooming industry. Originally from Colombia, she is known for her calm professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to deliver deeply restorative treatment experiences tailored to the individual needs of each client.
Having worked across some of Australia’s leading luxury wellness destinations, including Crown Spa, Zamara brings refined technique and a high standard of care to every service. Her approach combines advanced facial therapies with relaxation-focused treatments designed to help clients reset, recharge, and look and feel their best.
Specialising in customised facials and spa therapies, Zamara is passionate about supporting skin health, wellbeing, and confidence through treatments that deliver both immediate results and long-term care. Clients value her warm nature, intuitive approach, and ability to create an environment that feels welcoming, professional, and genuinely restorative.
