What if I need to cancel? PLEASE READ
We have recently updated our cancellation policy to better assist with the constant juggling act of life. We hope it will also help with the disappointment of clients not being able to get in, encourage communication and give our team the opportunity to action our wait list, giving other clients enough notice so they can come in for treatment.

Our cancellation policy has changed from 48 hours to 24 hours. This is our ideal notice period. If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, the following will now apply:
You will be given one ‘get out of jail free’ card should you no-show or cancel/reschedule within the 12 hours of your appointment. But you will need to 50% prepay for your next appointment.
If you commit the crime again, following will apply:
If you give us less than 12 hours notice or no-show a second time, a 50% payment will be taken off this prepayment.
If you no-show/cancel with less than 12 hours notice a third time, you will forfeit 100% of your prepayment and you need to prepay for your remaining appointments for the following 6 months.
This also applies if using a Gift Card or if you are on of prepaid Course of treatments, you will lose one of your Course treatments.
Any treatment over $500 requires a 50% deposit regardless of booking history.

Do I need to Book in Advance?
It is advisable to book in advance, however, we welcome spontaneous guests where time permits.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required to secure a booking made for new clients. Also, for clients who have not visited the salon for over 2 years
We do not accept gift card bookings on this service; you should make an appointment via phone or in person at Face of Man and provide the Gift Card number.
If you are a first-time client, we will contact you by phone to confirm your appointment and collect your deposit.
What do I need to do on my first visit?
What are the Terms and Conditions?
The treatment times you select at Face of Man are reserved for you, and therefore a 50% deposit or gift certificate number is required to secure a reservation. We require at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation to redeem your deposit.
A text message is sent prior to your appointment as a reminder. There is no refund policy for the course and laser packages. However, an exchange policy is in place. We do not provide refunds on retail products or gift vouchers. Products can be exchanged for a replacement or credit when accompanied by a receipt and within 14 days of purchase.
- $25 off discount coupons are limited to one per customer and cannot be used as holding deposits.
- 30% off and $25 off discount coupons are not redeemable with Introductory Offer.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by cash, EFTPOS and MasterCard, VISA, PayPal, AMEX, Afterpay and Zip Pay.
Using Your Gift Card
If using your Gift Card for the treatment, we would kindly ask that you let us know at the time of booking.

Gift Cards Conditions of Use
If you fail to attend a booked appointment, 50% of the value of your gift card will be deducted. This policy ensures that appointments are not missed without proper notice.
Appointments made under a gift card cannot be cancelled after 9.00 am on the day of the appointment.
When visiting the Grooming Lounge
When you attend your appointment or if visiting our Grooming Lounge to make any enquiry, during business hours please take the lift to Level 2. Our friendly reception team will assist you from there.
