We have recently updated our cancellation policy to better assist with the constant juggling act of life. We hope it will also help with the disappointment of clients not being able to get in, encourage communication and give our team the opportunity to action our wait list, giving other clients enough notice so they can come in for treatment.

Our cancellation policy has changed from 48 hours to 24 hours. This is our ideal notice period. If you cancel after 9:00 a.m. on the day of the appointment, the following will apply:

You will be given one ‘get out of jail free’ card with no consequences.

If you commit the crime again, the following will apply:

If you cancel after 9:00 a.m. on the day of the appointment, you will be asked to pay a 50% Deposit for your next appointment. If you are a no-show on the day of your appointment, full payment will be required for your future appointment.

If you are a no-show or cancel again after 9:00 a.m. for the third time, a 50% cancellation fee will apply, and 50% payment will need to be taken for a following appointment.

On the fourth time, if you are a no-show, cancel again after 9:00 a.m. on the day of the appointment. For the fourth time, a 100% cancellation fee will apply or a forfeit 100% of your prepayment, and you must prepay for any future appointments.

If you use a gift card or are on a prepaid course of treatment, the same rules apply

Any treatment over $500 requires a 50% deposit, regardless of booking history.

can exchange for products or other treatments, or you can transfer the gift voucher to friends

ladies, our treatments and environment are designed with male clientele in mind. So, in the
spirit of keeping the vibe authentic, we kindly ask that bookings are reserved for men only.
