Membership value is based on a 12-month membership term.
Your membership is billed monthly and starts from your first payment date.
Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
Massage sessions and LED appointments do not roll over, so we encourage you to use them within the month.
LED sessions can be booked up to two times per week (Monday–Saturday).
Payment & Renewal
Memberships are billed monthly to your chosen payment method.
The program renews automatically each month unless cancelled.
To cancel, simply let us know in writing (email or in-salon) at least 7 days before your next billing date.
Member Discounts
Enjoy 10% off all retail products while your membership is active.
Discounts apply to full-priced items only and cannot be combined with other promotions or gift cards.
The Ultraformer discount applies only to your first treatment only.
Cancellations & Reschedules
We understand busy schedules — please give us at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule.
No-shows or late cancellations may result in the session being forfeited.
Changes to the Program
We occasionally update membership inclusions or pricing to improve our offerings.
Members will receive at least 30 days’ notice before any major changes take effect.
